Link High is a privately-held minority-owned business (MBE) led by Victor Liu. Link High is proud of its successful track record and long-term associations with over 100 clients.

Meet Our President

Victor W. Liu has been an entrepreneur for the most of his career and a 17 year veteran of the IT industry. Prior to Link High Technologies, Victor was President of Global Villager, a Internet startup with offices in 2 World Trade Center in New York that was later purchased by publicly traded Startec Global Communications.

Victor joined Link High in 1992 where he moved the company's focus from a computer retail store to an Information Technology consulting firm. Mr. Liu has certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, and Novell technologies. Aside from his undergraduate studies in California, Victor has a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School- Newark.

When not in the driver’s seat at Link High, Victor enjoys hiking, music, and fishing. A NJ resident for nearly 40 years, Victor lives with his wife in Westfield, NJ.
