Marketing Representative: We are seeking a high energy & driven professional to join our team. This individual will support the company principals in the implementation of the Company's marketing plan.

Responsibilities Include

  1. Develop email, web, and direct mail campaigns, constantly examining efforts & monitoring their effectiveness.
  2. Being accountable for various aspects of the Marketing Department with primary focus on lead generation-growing the company's sales, market share & profitability through generation of qualified sales leads.
  3. Coordinating trade shows, networking events, employee events and involvement in local professional associations.
  4. Creation of company collateral to support the sales efforts.This will include corporate website, brochures,and other marketing.
  5. Developing relationships with new and existing customer products and services.
  6. Conducting market research activities.
  7. Promotion of company accomplishments to trade publications, news services, prospects, clients and throughout organization.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 2 years in marketing or similar role.
  2. Highly motivated and able to work independently under deadlines.
  3. Basic/Intermediate HTML skills and experience in collateral and promotional material development.
  4. Excellent written communication, verbal communication, planning and organization.
  5. Knowledge of IT and or Software market place a big plus.
  6. Associates Degree or Better

Compensation: 35k BASE plus incentives up to additional 65k based on marketing activity and results.
